Once your order is confirmed, our processing period of up to 3 business days begins. From Monday to Friday, our team carefully prepares each shipment to ensure that your Cause and Effect piece arrives in perfect condition. If a product requires additional preparation time or restocking, you will receive a timely update from our team via email.

For items unavailable in our immediate inventory, please allow 1-2 weeks for order fulfillment. If your order involves multiple shipments, we will send you tracking information for each dispatch.

We offer complimentary standard shipping globally. For express delivery, additional charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Taxes and Duties

Prices are inclusive of standard taxes but exclude any customs duties. Any applicable duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation & Refunds

• India: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• International: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Shipping fees for returns will be covered by the customer, with a nominal fee of Rs. 100 deducted from the refund amount. Cause and Effect will cover shipping for returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or if a damaged package is received. Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and labels.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse, followed by a quality check within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds will appear in your original payment method within 20 business days. For canceled orders, the refund will be initiated only once the item has returned to our warehouse and passed the quality check.
